Geanna Rae is a Cree-Métis multidisciplinary artist from Treaty 4 Territory in Regina, Saskatchewan. A body piercer since 2015 and tattoo artist since 2019, her practice blends Indigenous cultural resurgence with contemporary body modification, public art, sculpture, and community engagement. Recipient of the 2024 YWCA Women of Distinction Award for Indigenous Resurgence in Action, her work explores identity, healing, sovereignty, and cultural continuity through art, education, and collaboration.
