PCF Construction Group was formerly known as USI Custom Outdoor Living. Our company originally specialized in an underdeck ceiling product called Undercover Systems. This product was patented and franchised in the late 90’s. By 2007, PCF purchased the franchise rights for the Pacific Northwest because Undercover Systems continued to prove its outperformance of other underdeck drainage systems nationwide. Our clients would rave about their Undercover System installation. As a result of PCF’s growing credibility, clients would frequently request other outdoor construction services that, at the time, were outside the scope of our specialty.
