Founded in 1999 by President and CEO Ron J. Founded in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Impact quickly grew to expand into Northern Manitoba. In 2002 and 2004, Impact was able to expand organically into Saskatchewan and Alberta respectfully, this included strategic acquisitions within the industry as required. Impact services currently over 1100 clients in Western Canada and employ over 1400 fully-trained and licensed staff throughout Western Canada with over 600 employed within the Winnipeg area.
