Turning the Page

Few years will go down in modern history as having been as unpredictable as 2020. Everyone’s plans were upended in one way or the other, and there’s no one whose life wasn’t affected by the disruption brought on by this year and the pandemic. 

Still, through it all, so many of the Consumer Choice Award winning businesses were hard at work finding new and innovating ways to keep delivering to their customers. 

Looking back at the past year, we are amazed at the ways CCA winners worked to keep going, and to deliver the value that their consumers expect from them. Especially at such a trying time, that value was needed more than ever. In real, impactful ways, that made it easier for people to go about their daily lives. 

CCA award winning businesses included various industries that all had a crucial part to play in serving people this year, and they all rose to the challenge. Their various industries include home services, financial, medical, automotive, everyday life, and so much more. 

That’s why we’d like to thank the winners of the past year’s Consumer Choice Awards. Beyond just delivering exceptional service at a time when it was difficult to do so, they went further. They gave their communities a sense of certainty and support. 

And our winners also took crucial steps to keep customers safe as they continued to deliver their goods and services. That was a two-pronged effort for many of them, ensuring the safety of their customers while doing the same for staff too. 

We’d also like to show our gratitude for their support and involvement. We ourselves had to shift our business model.  Many of our live events were either cancelled or moved to webinar model very early in the year, and their readiness to adapt with us is something we deeply appreciated.

In the early part of the year, when COVID was still such an unknown, we did a video webinar series with winner’s coast to coast.  We recall one winner, when discussing the future of small to medium size businesses, state the small business are resilient by nature.  Looking back, about nine months later, boy is that ever true.  Given how 2020 has been for nearly all businesses, most people would expect that businesses would shy away from some of the demands this year brought. But, CCA winners showed us, an inspiring number took it as a chance to stand firm in the face of adversity and continue to stand out as leaders in their industry and market.  We are so proud to be aligned with so many great companies.

We’re certain that the Consumer Choice Awards winners of 2020 will carry on their exemplary business practices and performance into 2021. And we know that others, motivated by their example, will find ways to achieve higher and greater standards in the coming year.  Here’s to turning the page on 2020 and together creating a better 2021 for all.
